Prince Osisiadan
Founder and President
A sustainability, legal and risk professional with experience in various industries (extractives, construction, financial services, transportation, travel & tourism and legal practice) across companies like AngloGold Ashanti, Newmont Mining Corporation, Absa Bank (formerly Barclays Bank), and the Robert Smith Law Group.
He holds Bsc in Metallurgical Engineering, and MSc in Environmental Resources Management from KNUST, Ghana. He is also, an alumnus of University of Twente, Netherlands, University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, Member of the Ghana Bar Association and Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering.
He has been a lead auditor for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 since 2013.
George Nkonsah
Vice President, People, Diversity and Culture
George is a trilingual business development professional and an organizational psychologist. His experience spans across supply chain, marketing, sales and business development within West and Central Africa.
George has been instrumental in assisting businesses set up, grow and expand through formulating market entry strategies, growth modules and navigating local cultures and regulations.
His understanding of organizational culture and climate and its influence on organizational effectiveness makes him an end-to-end resource for organizational strategy and culture.
Again, his global exposure and expertise garnered through working with blue chip multinational companies and intergovernmental organisations makes him a good fit for the role of people, culture and diversity.
George has strong interest in economic empowerment of vulnerable groups, education and environment.
He has previously worked at Nestle, Australian Embassy and BIC.
He earned Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Executive Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) and Master of Philosophy (Industrial and Organizational Psychology) from the University of Ghana. Also, he holds a postgraduate Diploma in Marketing.
Yaw Owusu-Brefo

Highly accomplished, results driven senior accounting and financial management executive with more than 15 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within start-ups and global multi-billion dollar organizations. Demonstrated ability to design finance and control systems that improve profits. Strong qualifications in developing and implementing financial controls and processes in addition to financial reporting and process improvement. Possesses strong leadership skills in building teams to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance and very knowledgeable in tax.

Peter Osei-Asamoah
Vice President, Legal and Compliance
Peter is a partner at Renaissance Law Chambers, private legal firm in Accra. He provides advisory services on transactions as well as represents clients at trial and appellate courts in high value commercial matters. His areas of specialization include Corporate and Commercial Practice, Civil Litigation and Commercial Arbitration. Peter also assists with the Teaching of Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Ghana School of Law.
In 2016, he was seconded to the London office of the International Law Firm, Mayer Brown International LLP, under the International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA) Program, having been selected to represent Ghana on the program. At Mayer Brown, he worked with the Project Finance Team, where he was involved in advising lenders and borrowers on structuring and documentation of lending transactions. He also worked with Keating Chambers, a leading Barristers Chambers specializing in construction disputes.
Peter was called to the Bar in 2011 and won the coveted award for the Best Student in Civil Procedure. He also holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
Kobi-Hemaa Osisiadan-Bekoe
Vice President, Corporate Communication and External Affairs
Kobi Hemaa Osisiadan-Bekoe is a media personality, entrepreneur and a consistent Made-in-Ghana product campaigner for over 12 years.
Also known as “Ghana’s Pride” and the “Queen of Trade”, she is a woman who’s passionate about portraying Africa and has consistently maintained a constant brand of projecting African values even in her style of dressing for over 12 years. She got her name, ‘Ghana’s Pride’, when she hosted the Ghana’s Pride TV show on TV Africa in 2007. Her adornment in African wear ranges from headgears, accessories made with beads and native sandals popularly known as ahenema.

She holds a Masters In Public Relations from Ghana Institute of Journalism, a Certificate in Digital Marketing Strategy from the University of the Arts, London, MBA in Corporate Strategy and Economic Policy from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands, a Bachelor of science in Accounting and Information System from Regent University College of Science and Technology, Certificate “A” 3 Year Post Secondary, St. Louis College of Education, Kumasi.

Contrary to the belief that television producers can only come from media institutions, producers like Kobi Hemaa have proven that with the right level of interest and entrepreneurial skills, individuals who are willing to learn on the job and put in a lot of hard work can equally excel.
After teaching mathematics and science for 4years, she established her television production team and was appointed the Executive Director for Scenic Multimedia Ltd. Her first step in the media industry was at TV Africa where she hosted “Ghana’s Pride” in 2007.The program sought to project the rich Ghanaian culture while showcasing the various Ghanaian products on the market.
In 2009, she made her way to the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GTV) with the same program, through hard work; she gave birth to another program dubbed “Ohemaa Dwaso”. In 2014, she joined Light television as a Programs Manager and later rose to the rank of a Deputy Managing Director. After successfully developing strategic operation plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board, she joined Homebase Television as a morning show host and Head of Television. In 2016, she was rated as part of the top five female morning show hosts in the country. She has been popularly known as the voice that promotes Made-in-Ghana products and also addresses many societal issues.
Since 2007, she has hosted and produced: Ghana’s Pride on TV Africa and GTV, “Ohemaa Dwaso” on GTV and Adom TV, Exclusive to Cancer on Adom TV, Asempa Dwaso Morning Show on Light TV, Eboboba Morning Show on Homebase Television and Beyond the Ballot, also on Homebase TV. She has within the years directed other Tv programs, mentored and trained many young talent in the media landscape
Recognitions
In 2016, a survey conducted by profileability.com indicated that she is the only female Broadcast Journalist and TV host in the Television industry who can run and single-handedly perform all the chain of sectors in the broadcast industry. She was therefore rated as the best female morning show host, with Betty Baisiwa Dowuona-Hammond ( formerly with GhOne TV) as second, Frema Ashkar (Metro TV) third, Kokui Selormey (Visaat 1) fourth, and Nana Yaa Brefo (Adom TV) fifth. She was rated for her ability to “multi-task and perform ambidextrously” as a presenter, producer, marketer, programmer, concept developer, manageress, camera director, video editor and video editing director.
Brands like chocho herbal products, Kingdom Books and Stationery, Soafa Herbal Tea, Universal Locks became a household name due to her promotion for these companies on television.
In 2009 she launched the first-ever e-commerce website to promote the sales and marketing of Made in Ghana products. The occasion was graced by the then minister of trade, Hannah Tetteh, Vice President of AGI, Industry CEOs, officials of Ghana Standard Board and Food & Drug Board among others.
Recently, she joined the corporate world as the head of corporate communications at Ghana Post. It is an undeniable fact that the public relations unit of Ghana Post has seen tremendous changes under her leadership. Ghana Post now has a vibrant Facebook page, positive traditional media mentions and recognition on both local and international platforms.
In recent times, she has taken live streaming of events to a professional standard through her production company, Sempoa Broadcasting Network. With multiple quality professional cameras ranging from two to eight Cameras, she does simultaneous multi-channel streaming of all events.
In December 2019, she was adjudged the TV Personality of the year at Ghana Leadership Awards for her exemplary leadership in the media industry and her consistent promotion of Made in Ghana for over a decade that has a significant and positive impact to advancing Ghana.

Social Entrepreneurship
Her act of generosity is unmeasured, not long ago, when she celebrated her decade in broadcasting, she launched the ”Angeles Foundation” to promote Entrepreneurial skills Development, Boy Child Education and Fight in reducing Cancer cases in the country. The young entrepreneur, communication strategist and brand influencer has since assisted many people through her foundation.
She is currently the Head of Corporate Communications for Ghana Post, Managing Partner of Sempoa Broadcasting Network, Vice President, and Communications & External Relations for SUCCA Africa.
Dr. Ayentimi Desmond Tutu

Desmond is Associate Fellow UK Higher Education Academy and holds a PhD in Management from Curtin University, Western Australia, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre.
Dr. Ayentimi has worked as a Research Associate with the Workplace Skills and Training Research Cluster, Curtin University. He has also collaborated in research works with Professors from Edith Cowan University, RMIT University, Curtin University, Australian Catholic University, King Khalid University, Abha, Saudi Arabia and University of Ghana. He previously held Teaching and Research Associate positions at Curtin University, Edith Cowan University and the Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre.
He has published books and book chapters on green/sustainable business practices in emerging markets.
He has won several international awards for his dedication to research including the College of Business and Economics Early Career Researcher Award 2019, University of Tasmania; the prestigious Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management Award for Early Career Researcher 2018; the Vic Taylor Best Paper Award 2017 from the Association of Industrial Relation Academics of Australia and New Zealand Annual Conference; and Best Reviewer Award, International Management segment, 2017 from the European Academy of Management Conference, Glasgow, Scotland.

Frank Nomafo Antwi
Vice President, Commercial and Acquisitions
Frank has over 18 years’ experience in commercial/contract management. He is a chartered quantity surveyor. He holds a degree in quantity surveying from KNUST-Ghana, an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration from the Robert Gordon University (Aberdeen), Scotland, and an MBA from KNUST, Ghana. Frank has previously worked with Newmont Mining Corporation (USA) and Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd (UK) as contracts and commercial lead. He has been involved in projects from $10 million – $1 billion. Frank is currently managing the Commercial and Acquisition function within our organization.
Boris Osisiadan-Nimpong
Manager, Programmes and Project
Mr. Osisiadan-Nimpong is a graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Ghana and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He has experience working in International Relations, Media (print and digital), and Project management. He previously worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in Ghana and Scenic Multimedia is an independent production company with services which included the production of television programmes, documentaries, commercials, music videos, 2D/3D graphics, and animation among others. He is a philanthropist and in [2017] co-founded Angeles Foundation, Non-Governmental Organization that promotes reducing Cancer cases in Ghana with health screenings and donations in Ghana.
